Serves 4

  • Chicken Boneless (pcs) 1/2 kgs

  • onion 1 nos

  • Cummin Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli Flakes 1 tsp

  • Cheddar Cheese (grated) 4 tbsp

  • Garlic (cloves) 3 nos

  • tandoori masala 1/2 tsp

  • ginger 1 piece

    Pass all through processor/grinder, keep aside.

    Use spring rolls wraps, lay a wrap on working table scoop 1 tbsp of chicken mixture and place on one edge of wrap and spread it in onlong line, fold in flute making sure all sides are covered well use flour water mixture for glueing the edges well.

    When all done freeze for an hour

    Deep fry on low or med flame to crispy flutes.

    I have used red color dough for a small portion while making wraps n then cut de wraps in strips, when all flutes were folded i glued the red strips on it in spiral format.
