in a bowl put fillet pcs add salt, tandoori masala, peppers powder, ginger n garlic paste n mix well let it marinate for 3 hrs
Tek a tray put 3-4 tbsp of cornflour on it n spread de flour, tek few pcs of fillet n toss on de flour, mek sure its coated well.
Do same for ol pcs til ol pcs r coated wid cornflour.
Tek a nonstick pan add lil oil n fry fillet pcs in 2 batches, til nicely browned up
Remuv in a plate n kip aside.
Sauce: tek a pan add 2 tbsp oil n kip on flame add garlic n ginger n saute add capsicum n green chillies n stirfry it.
Remuv capsicum n green chillies in a plate straining de oil in pan.
Add ol chutney, sauces n chilli flakes n kip on boil as it bubbles add cornflour mixture n stir continously shud thicken to pouring consistency.
Add fried fillet pcs n fried capsicum in it n toss it wil kind of dry up, remuv from flame add chopped spring onions n toss.
