Ingredients

Serves 4

  • cooked rice 3 cups

  • Carrots 2 cups

  • Chopped Spring Onion 5-7 nos

  • Chopped Cabbage 1 cups

  • Chopped Green Bell Peppers 1/4 cups

  • Green Beans 1/4 cups

  • Salt To Taste 1 tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Oil As Required 1 tbsp

  • Schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp

Directions

    In a pan heat oil. once it got hot, add the Spring onion to it and sauté for a minute .

     Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add all the veggies and allow them to cook and let it absorb flavours and aroma from ginger and garlic.

    Add schezwan Sauce, soy sauce, salt and Cooked rice.

    Gently mix the veggies with the rice. So that grain won't break. Let the rice heat up thoroughly, garnish with Spring onions .

    Serve Veggie Fried Rice with yogurt or curry.

no shezwan sauce in recipe its only fried rice
