Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • cooked rice 3 cups


  • Carrots 2 cups


  • Chopped Spring Onion 5-7 nos


  • Chopped Cabbage 1 cups


  • Chopped Green Bell Peppers 1/4 cups


  • Green Beans 1/4 cups


  • Salt To Taste 1 tbsp


  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp


  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp


  • Oil As Required 1 tbsp


  • Schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp

Directions

  • In a pan heat oil. once it got hot, add the Spring onion to it and sauté for a minute .
  •  Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add all the veggies and allow them to cook and let it absorb flavours and aroma from ginger and garlic.
  • Add schezwan Sauce, soy sauce, salt and Cooked rice. 
  • Gently mix the veggies with the rice. So that grain won't break. Let the rice heat up thoroughly, garnish with Spring onions .
  • Serve Veggie Fried Rice with yogurt or curry.
