cooked rice 3 cups
Carrots 2 cups
Chopped Spring Onion 5-7 nos
Chopped Cabbage 1 cups
Chopped Green Bell Peppers 1/4 cups
Green Beans 1/4 cups
Salt To Taste 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Oil As Required 1 tbsp
Schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp
In a pan heat oil. once it got hot, add the Spring onion to it and sauté for a minute .
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add all the veggies and allow them to cook and let it absorb flavours and aroma from ginger and garlic.
Add schezwan Sauce, soy sauce, salt and Cooked rice.
Gently mix the veggies with the rice. So that grain won't break. Let the rice heat up thoroughly, garnish with Spring onions .
Serve Veggie Fried Rice with yogurt or curry.
