  • 2 cups dry milk powder

  • 3-4 tsp ghee or clarified butter

  • 1 cups condensed milk

  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder

  • 4-5 nos strands of saffron (optional)

  • 4-5 nos pistachios for garnishing


  • In a microwave bowl add ghee, milk powder and condensed milk mix well and heat it for 1 minute.
  • Take the bowl out, add the cardamom powder and stir the mixture well.. Add kesar milk and mix well..
  • Heat it again for 1 more minute. Repeat this process for 5 to 7 times and every time you take out the bowl from the microwave, stir the mixture well.
  • This time the mixture have a nice texture to it and would be beginning to leave the sides.
  • Let it cool down for 15 to 20 mins. Grease your palms with ghee and Make balls rolling between your palms. Press gently from center.Garnish them with pistachios.
