Ingredients

  • 2 cups puri: maida (all purpose flour)


  • 2 tbsp margarine paste


  • 4-5 tbsp saata :margarine or butter


  • 4 tbsp custard powder o cornflour


  • 4 cups filling 1 (using malai): malai


  • 1/2 cups mawa


  • 1 tsp elaichi


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 2 cups filling 2 using khoya: khoya (mawa)


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • 1/2 cups condensed milk (for mixing)


  • 1/2 cups almonds pista n walnuts crushed


  • 1/2 cups almond powder

Directions

  • Puri: Bind With Water Into Soft Dough
  • Mek 9-10 Smol Balls Out Of The Whole Dough, In One Ball Put Red Color N 2-3 Drops Of Water N Mix It Well To Get Pinkish Ball, In Another Ball Put Green Color N Do De Same To Get Leafy Green Color
  • Keep Aside
  • All Balls Paste (Saata): Mix Well Into Paste Recipe Of Filling 1 (Using Malai): Roast All On Med Flame Till Its Dry... When Cooled Down Add Blanched Nuts
  • Filling 2 Using Khoya: ....Mix Ol Well Using Condensed Milk Into Soft Mixture N Mek Balls Den Keep In Deep Freezer
  • Making: 1) Roll Red Color Ball In Round Puri
  • Making: Roll Red Color Ball In Round Puri
  • Roll Green Same Way
  • Roll Plain Dough Balls In Same Puris
  • On Each Puri Apply De Paste
  • 1st Lay 2 White Puris On One Anoder Then Red Then 2 Whites N Green N Finish With Remaining Till They Are All Piled Up
  • Dust The Wrking Table N Roll Into A Big Roti
  • Apply Paste On The Big Roti N Roll Up Like Swissroll Meking Sure Its Intactly Rolled
  • Cut Ends Then Cut 1 Inches Pcs
  • Roll Slightly Each Pc Into Smol Puri O Can Just Spread With Hands To Broaden It
  • Face The Coloured Side Of Puri Dwn Wards
  • Place Filling 1 N Hlf Tbsp In Centre.
  • Place Anoder Puri On Top Color Side Facing Up Exactly Opposite Of Dwn Puri (Dats Colors Shud B Horizontal N Vertical Facing Up)
  • Seal Ol Round The Puri Can Apply Water N Flatten It
  • Pinch N Press To Giv Pie Look
  • Deep Fry In Oil O Ghee On Med Flame
  • Remove On Strainer Let Excess Oil Strained Out.
  • Garnish Wid Warak N Almonds
