  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk (tin milk)

  • 2 cups sooji/semolina (coarse)

  • 1/2 cups sugar (to yor taste)

  • 2-3 cups fresh milk

  • 1/2 cups ghee

  • 2 tbsp khhoya (grated)

  • 8-10 nos cashew nuts chopped

  • 8-10 nos almonds chopped

  • 8-10 nos pista (chopped)

  • 2-3 nos few saffron strands

  • 1 tsp elaichi powder

  • 1/2 cups milk powder

  • 1/2 cups almond powder


  • In A Broad Pot Or Pan Put Ghee Then Keep On Flame Add Sooji And Almond Powder, Roast Till Pinkish/Creamish Color Or Nice Aroma Arises Add Milk Powder N Khoya N Braise Lil.
  • On The Oder Hand Mix Both Milk N Keep On Boil, When Sooji Is Roasted Keep Med Flame N Add Hot Milk, Saffron N Cardamon Mix Well And Cook While Stirring It At Intervals, Jus Before Milk Dries Add Few Nuts And Lower The Flame, If Its Dry Can Add Milk And Keep On Simmer Till Done
