Mash warm sweet potatoes until lump free
Add grated khoya. Mix well to form soft smooth dough
Grease palms. Shape dough into small/ medium balls without cracks
Dissolve sugar in water and cook until 1/2 string consistency is achieved. switch off
Add rose water and cardamom. Mix well. Keep it aside
Deep fry sweet potato balls over low medium heat until deep brown
Drain excess oil and immediately drop in warm sugar syrup
Rest aside for 2 hours or more. Garnish with nuts. Serve cold
