Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice (Basmati o any scented rice) 1 kgs

  • tomatoes 3 nos

  • Onions (sliced) 4 nos

  • Garlic (pounded) 4 tbsp

  • Whole Garam masala (few Cinnamon sticks, 2-3 Bay leaves, 1/2 tsp Cloves n 1 tsp Blackpepper) 1 tsp

  • Cummin seeds 2 tbsp

  • Potatoes (hlvd) 5 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Mutton (pcs) 1 kgs

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Ginger (pounded) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Use pressure cooker braise onions in 1/2 cup ghee mixed wid 1/4 cup oil til brownish color add garlic n whole garam masala, now add tomatoes, ginger n saute til paste like add water n meat n kloz de lid n kip on boil till its tender

  • 02

    Now remuv de broth of meat in a pot n kip on flame add potatoes n cook dem till olmost done.

    add rice n cook n dry up de water n kip on simmer tipp done.

    if u use charcoal its much yummier.
