Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs rice (basmati o any scented rice)


  • 3 nos tomatoes


  • 4 nos onions (sliced)


  • 4 tbsp garlic (pounded)


  • 1 tsp whole garam masala (few cinnamon sticks, 2-3 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp cloves n 1 tsp blackpepper)


  • 2 tbsp cummin seeds


  • 5 nos potatoes (hlvd)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 kgs mutton (pcs)


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp ginger (pounded)

Directions

  • Use pressure cooker braise onions in 1/2 cup ghee mixed wid 1/4 cup oil til brownish color add garlic n whole garam masala, now add tomatoes, ginger n saute til paste like add water n meat n kloz de lid n kip on boil till its tender
  • Now remuv de broth of meat in a pot n kip on flame add potatoes n cook dem till olmost done.
  • add rice n cook n dry up de water n kip on simmer tipp done.
  • if u use charcoal its much yummier.
