Ingredients

Serves 4

  • besan (gram flour) 1 cups

  • yogurt 1 cups

  • water 1 cups

  • ginger paste 1/2 tsp

  • green chilli pounded 1 nos

  • little turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 pinch

  • salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Grease 2-3 big thhals o trays

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients very well, shud b very smooth constituency

    Cook in a pan n stir till it thickens do not leave widout stirrkng o else it wil form lumps

    Remuv from flame n spread on thaals

    Leave for 5-10 mins.

    Cut into 2 inches strips n roll up slowly

    wen ol done kip on platter n sprinkle garnish on it

    Garnish:Heat a little oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame n green chillies let

    it splutter den pour on grated coconut.

    Add salt n sugar pour on khandvis

    Garnish with corriander
