First wash mushrooms before cut them.now cut half to one mushroom.make two pieces of each one
Now for gravy÷ in one hot pan put oil and put jeera laung kaju and red sabut chilli.roast them now put onion garlic and ginger to make brown faster add one spoon of sugar
Now in roasted onion mixture add tomatoes and all the spices.low the flame and cover the utensil for 8 to 10 minutes until it spreads oil all around.still after that add little water and cover again to make more thick gravy.
Now blend whole gravy in mixing and make smooth paste.
Now again hot the pan and put out kadhi patta and few pieces of kaju roast them and add smooth paste now put one glass of water and mushrooms and matar.cover the utensil until mushrooms getting soft and gravy become thick.your very delicious silky mushroom kaju matar is ready to serve at celebration of diwali
