Ingredients

  • Fish 3 nos

  • Grated Mawa 2 tbsp

  • Mustard Seed White & Black Mix 2 tbsp

  • Khas Khas 2 tbsp

  • Grated Coconut 2 tbsp

  • Curd 2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • green chilli 3 nos

  • Salt To Taste And Mustard Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

    Wash The Fish Well And Clean It From Inside. Cut Into Darne. Sprinkle Salt And Half Turmeric Powder. Make A Smooth Paste Of Yellow Mustard Seed, Black Mustard. Seed With One Green Chill , Khas Khas , Coconut.

    Take A Pressure Cooker. Add Three Cups Of Water And Place A Ring In It.

    Take A Pan And Place The Fish In It And Place The Pan On The Ring In The Pressure Cooker. Add Remaining Turmeric Powder To Prepared Paste.

    Apply Paste, Cude And Grated Mawa Liberally On Fish. Pour Pour Mustard Oil And Remaining Green Chill On Top. Adjust Seasoning. Cover With Lid And Steam For. Eight To Ten Minutes. Serve Hot.
