Ravioli In Beetroot Flavour

For dough - 1 bowl plain flour(maida
1 cup beetroot juice
1/2 spoon salt
1 spoon oil
For stuffing - 1 cup grated cabbage
1 carrot grated
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chilli chopped
1 spoon ginger - garlic paste
2 spoon grated cheese
2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
1/2 spoon salt 1/2 spoon chat masala
1/4 spoon black pepper powder
1 spoon soya sauce
1 spoon red chilli sauce
2 spoon oil
First take a big bowl put all the dough ingredients and make a soft dough with using enough water.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now heat a wok, put oil , green chilli, ginger - garlic paste saute for few seconds.
Then add all chopped veggies one by one and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add salt, chat masala, black pepper powder soya sause, chilli souse and coriander leaves mix well.
Than add grated cheese and switch off the gas.
Let it be cool.
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each part in round shape.
Cut into round shape with cutter or glass.
Fill 1 spoon ready stuffing on it.
Cover with other ravioli sheet and press the side of with finger and again press with fork.
Boil water in a top ,add 1 spoon oil and 1/2 spoon salt, when water started boiling than put 4-5 prepared ravioli and cook for 10 minutes on midium flame.
When they float than take out.
Serve ravioli with souse or any dip as you wish.
