Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos pomfrets, cleaned


  • 4 tbsp semolina, roasted


  • 1 nos small bunch cilantro


  • 10 nos pudina leaves


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 6 nos green chillies


  • 1/2 inch ginger piece


  • 4 nos cloves


  • 3//4 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp grated coconut


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients(except pomfret and semolina) to blender and make into smooth paste. Sprinkle little water if needed
  • Apply this masala to cleaned pomfret on all sides
  • Keep masala applied fish in fridge for 15 min.
  • Preheat oil in dosa kadai.
  • Sprinkle semolina on side of fish and place this side on oil
  • Now sprinkle semolina on the side facing upwards. Flip the fish and fry until it turns crispy and golden brown.
  • Take and serve hot
