Ingredients

pomfrets, cleaned 2 nos
semolina, roasted 4 tbsp
small bunch cilantro 1 nos
pudina leaves 10 nos
cumin seeds 1 tsp
green chillies 6 nos
ginger piece 1/2 inch
cloves 4 nos
salt 3//4 tsp
grated coconut 2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Directions
Add all the ingredients(except pomfret and semolina) to blender and make into smooth paste. Sprinkle little water if needed
Apply this masala to cleaned pomfret on all sides
Keep masala applied fish in fridge for 15 min.
Preheat oil in dosa kadai.
Sprinkle semolina on side of fish and place this side on oil
Now sprinkle semolina on the side facing upwards. Flip the fish and fry until it turns crispy and golden brown.
Take and serve hot
