  • Mushroom 8-10

  • Salt 1/2sp (to taste)

  • Black pepper powder1/4tsp

  • Butter 2tbsp

  • Milk 1cup

  • Coriander leaf chopped 2tbsp

  • Cornflour 1-2sp

  • Stock/water 1cup


  • Heat the oil in large pan add chopped Mushroom and cook it until mushrooms get tender.
  • Mushroom Will realease a lot of water n do not discard add salt n pepper and stir well switch off the flame. Keep the side mushroom mixture for cool down .
  • When Mushroom cool.down littlevpuree the mixture.
  • Now put the puree in pan add milk and water and start to boil and cook.
  • Now add dissolve cornflour in it and seasoning according to ur taste. add coriander leaf and stir well.
  • When soup get thicken to ur own choice switch off the flame .
  • Serve the soup with fresh cream and mushroom toast.
