add ghee to pan and saute raisins and cashew nut.
after remving raisin and cashew nut to a plate put vermicelli in to same pan and roast vermicelli to light brown colour
pour milk and sugar to vermicelli in pan and allow to boil till vermicelli fully cooked,stir well
add cardamom powder and stir well
add saute cashew nut and raisins
lastly pour some ghee at the top of kheer
