  • 3/4 cups vemicelli

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 3 cups milk

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 10 nos cashew nut

  • 10 nos raisin

  • 2 tsp cardamom powdered


  • add ghee to pan and saute raisins and cashew nut.
  • after remving raisin and cashew nut to a plate put vermicelli in to same pan and roast vermicelli to light brown colour
  • pour milk and sugar to vermicelli in pan and allow to boil till vermicelli fully cooked,stir well
  • add cardamom powder and stir well
  • add saute cashew nut and raisins
  • lastly pour some ghee at the top of kheer
