Mix all ingredients of pizza base and make a thick batter.
Now heat non stick tawa and grease it with olive oil. Lower the flame.
Pour desired batter on tawa and spread it. Make thick pancakes like pizza base.
Spread pizza sauce lightly on wet surface.(i haven't used)
Now start spreading mentioned vegetables on wet surface and at last keep cheese slice on vegetables.
Sprinkle oregano and cover the pan .After 3-4 minutes uncover and check whether cheese has melt.
When cheese melts then uncover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the flame.
Keep some peanuts in the centre and serve hot with sauce of your choice.
Healthy version of pizza is ready to relish.
As we all know pizza is a junk food. But today i have made healthy version of pizza. Because base is made with gram flour & suji . It seems to be unbelievable but its true. So overall its a healthy dish with fresh seasonal vegetables. So now pizza can also be enjoyed guilt free.
My Tip:More vegetables can also be used for topping.
