  • Condensed milk 1/2 cups

  • Whip cream 1 1/2 cups

  • Fresh/Double Cream 1 cups

  • Marie Biscuits packet 2 nos

  • Oreo Biscuits packet 1 nos

  • Bournville (or any brown color biscuits) packet 3 nos

  • Chaat Masala 1 pinch

  • Expresso Coffee (black coffee) 1/4 cups


  • 01

    Crush oreo n 1 pkt bournville biscuits separately n kip in different bowls, sprinkle chaat masala n mix well.

    Beat whip cream til peaks r formed add fresh cream n beat more

    Den fold in condensed milk n gelatine, mix well den kip it in deep freezer...

    Lay marie biscuits in a med sized casserole, (or in separate dessert bowls as in pic above) mek 2 layers of dis (meaning cover de base of casserole or mould wid marie biscuits in 2 layers)

    Sprinkle expresso coffee on marie biscuits...

    Remove cream mixture from freezer hence pour half of it on casserole n level it, (if using dessert bowls scoop 1-2 tbsp n pour on each bowl level it....

    Now lay bournville or choc biscuits on cream layer

    Sprinkle expresso coffee on bournville biscuits

    Pour de rest of mixture n level it, do same as in no:6 if using moulds...

    Wen displaying decorate wid oreo n bournville crumbs n place mint strigs

    if making smol potted plants look, procedure is same a biscuit layer den cream layer n repeat, jus topping cn either put oreo crumbs and bournville in each
