chop All vegetables very fine.
coarsely grind half of tha sweet corn
take a deep wok heat the butter. throw in tha ginger and garlic .saute
now saute tha onions till transperant
add tha finely chopped beans .saute and cook for few minutes .
add tha chopped carrot .season with little salt and pepper.next add the whole corn
saute for few minutes.
add the water and corn paste.Add the salt,sugar,vinegar.
give it a nice stir and let it boil for around 15 minutes.
now add the corn slurry and simmer for few more minutes till slightly thick.
check for seasoning.serve immediately.
