Ingredients
Serves : 2
2 cups penne pasta
1/4 kgs boneless chicken
2 nos oranges
1 nos medium size onion
1 inch ginger julienne
3 nos garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
3 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 nos orange slices
6 nos mint leaves for garnish
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp honey
Directions
Boil Penne pasta in hot boiling water with little oil and salt. It has to be cooked till al dente.
In a wok,add oil on a medium heat..Saute chopped ginger,garlic and onions well.
To it add cayenee pepper, mustard powder and chicken and saute well till chicken is par cooked.
Add juices of 2 oranges and let it simmer.when the chicken cooks well in orange juice ,add 1 teaspoon of honey and boiled pasta to it .Add mixed Italian herbs and salt to taste.It's done.
Grate parmesan cheese and mix well. Before serving add some more grated cheese and serve with orange slices.
