Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1.5 cups previously prepared dosa batter (urad dal : rice = 1:2)


  • 3/4 cups macaroni


  • 1/2 cups chopped capsicum


  • 1/2 cups chopped onion


  • 1/2 cups tomato


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 nos cubes of cheese


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tbsp oregano


  • 1/2 tbsp ginger chilli paste


  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp maggi masala


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leves

Directions

  • Boil the macaroni with water for 7-8 minutes , strain and keep aside.
  • Take the dosa batter which must be slightly thick by grinding urad dal and rice in 1:2 ratio.
  • From that batter take 1.5 cup of batter and mix ginger chilli paste and salt as per your taste and keep it aside.
  • In a pan heat the oil and then add the onion into it.
  • When the onion get slightly translucent then add the capsicum and cook it in medium flame for 2-3minutes.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes and the macaroni which is followed by salt, chilli powder and Maggie masala.
  • Cook them in medium flame for about another 3-4minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and keep them aside.
  • Heat a tawa and brush it with oil and pour the batter for making uttapam and over it put the macaroni masala.
  • Then grate the cheese over it and cover it for 3-4min.
  • When it cook you can see the cheese are also melt.
  • Place the uttapam on a plate and sprinkle the oregano and chilli flakes over it.
  • Your cheesy pasta uttapam is now ready,garnish some chopped coriander leaves over it and serve hot.
