  • 1/2 cups ragi flour

  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1/4 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 7 gms grams instant yeast

  • 1 tsp oil for greasing

  • 2 tbsp citron pickle gravy (any pickle gravy can be used)

  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 nos green pepper

  • 1 nos onion

  • 1/4 tsp basil

  • 6 tbsp mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cups water to knead( required to mix)

  • 1/4 cups warm water


  • Sift both the flours together with salt.
  • Take yeast in another bowl. Add warm water and sugar, mix well till yeast activates.
  • In a bowl,add the dry ingredients (sifted and oats)and add activated yeast to it and mix into a dough. Set aside till it double the size or an hour.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade.Grease a baking try with some oil.
  • Slice green pepper and onions.Grate cheese and keep it aside.
  • Place the risen dough on a greased baking tray and spread evenly according to the size of the tin.
  • Spread citron pickle gravy evenly .
  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoon of cheese over gravy.Splash some tomato sauce mix with onion and green pepper pieces.
  • Sprinkle the leftover cheese . Sprinkle basil and place green pepper slices.Bake for 20 minutes and pizza is ready to serve.
  • Healthy, pickly pizza is ready to consume with less guilt.
