Sift both the flours together with salt.
Take yeast in another bowl. Add warm water and sugar, mix well till yeast activates.
In a bowl,add the dry ingredients (sifted and oats)and add activated yeast to it and mix into a dough. Set aside till it double the size or an hour.
Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade.Grease a baking try with some oil.
Slice green pepper and onions.Grate cheese and keep it aside.
Place the risen dough on a greased baking tray and spread evenly according to the size of the tin.
Spread citron pickle gravy evenly .
Sprinkle 2 teaspoon of cheese over gravy.Splash some tomato sauce mix with onion and green pepper pieces.
Sprinkle the leftover cheese . Sprinkle basil and place green pepper slices.Bake for 20 minutes and pizza is ready to serve.
