Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 bowls soak rice


  • 1 nos big carrot


  • 10 piece cauliflower


  • 1 bowls peas


  • 1 bowls potato


  • 1 bowls tomato


  • 1 bowls mushroom


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tbsp kitchen king


  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala


  • 2 tbsp soy sauce


  • 2 tbsp red ketchup


  • 1 tbsp jeera


  • 1 tbsp rai


  • 2 nos onion

Directions

  • Soak rice for half an hour.now in hot pan put one big spoon oil and roast jeera or cumin,now add long chopped onion.roast them but not make too brown.now put cauliflower potatoes and peas.cover the utensil for 4 to 6 minutes.after little soften the cauliflower and potatoes put all other items and put all the spices.mix well.cover the utensil for 5 and flame should very low.now add soaked rice put double water .cover the utensil again now check every after 5 minutes.when rice soak water and It has small holes please turn the gas off and again cover the utensil for proper heat.your very delicious pulaav are ready to serve
  • IMPORTANT ÷ add double water if you are making rice in open pan with covering this only.add same amount of water as rice if you are making rice in cooker
