Soak rice for half an hour.now in hot pan put one big spoon oil and roast jeera or cumin,now add long chopped onion.roast them but not make too brown.now put cauliflower potatoes and peas.cover the utensil for 4 to 6 minutes.after little soften the cauliflower and potatoes put all other items and put all the spices.mix well.cover the utensil for 5 and flame should very low.now add soaked rice put double water .cover the utensil again now check every after 5 minutes.when rice soak water and It has small holes please turn the gas off and again cover the utensil for proper heat.your very delicious pulaav are ready to serve
