Ingredients

Basmathi Rice 2 cups
water 4 cups
Salt 2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
ghee 1 tbsp
onion 4 nos
cashewnut 50 gms
Kismis 25 gms
ginger 1 inch
green chilli 5 nos
tomato 2 nos
Corriander leaves minced 2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
garam masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Leamon Juice 1 tbsp
coconnt grated 2 tbsp
Prawns 1/2 kgs
Directions
| .Cook the rice 'in water by adding enough Salt. Strain the water and keep aside
2.fry the minced onion, ' Cashewnuts, Kismis Separately.
3.fry the minced ginger, green chilli , Tomato to gether and add Turmeric Power and garam masala powder
Add 2tbs fried onion,curd, leamon juice, salt to the fried masala mix above and cook with the pronse .
Grind the coconut and some cashew nut,coriander leaves and add to the pronse mix.This is pronse masala.
Take some pronse masala and spread ina vessel.Then spread some rice over it.Repeat the process .
Fry some cashew nuts,kismis in ghee and spread over the rice.pour the left over ghee over it and cover it for 10 minutes.
