Ingredients
Serves 6
1. Bread 6 Slices
2. Palak blanched and pureed 1 cup
3. Grated paneer 3/4 cup
4. Onion 1medium
. 5. Garlic 4cloves
6. Salt as per taste/1/2 teaspoon
7. Green chilli paste 1tsp.
8. Butter 1 1/2 tablespoon
9. Cheese slices 4 cut into thin strips
10. Green olives/Black olives 3-4 thinly sliced
11. Tomato ketchup 1tbsp.
Directions
1. Crush onion and garlic in a mixture jar. In a pan take half tablespoon butter, add onion and garlic paste and saute till slightly colour changes, Add ginger paste and mix it. Add spinach paste, salt and saute for 1 minute. Add paneer, mix it properly and switch off the gas. Stuffing is ready.
2. Cut breads slices into roundels with a small bowl or cookie cutter and ligthly roast it. Take bread slices in a plate and apply butter on it. Spread the stuffing on it. Place cheese strips on the stuffing making squares and slice of olives in each square. Bake it for around 5 minutes at 180’C degree or till cheese melts.
3. Garnish with drops of tomato ketchup and serve.
