In a pan add little oil saute, carrot
Then cabbage and capsicum
Add soya sauce, shezwansauce,salt
Water mixed cornstarch
Add 2 cups of water
Add salt according to taste
Once boil add spring onion
Off the gas
Garnish soup with remaining spring onion
