Mix wheat flour,oil,salt,baking powder,in a bowl and devide 3 equal parts of it.
Now add carrot puree in first part and make stiff dough.
In second part add beetroot puree and make a stiff dough.
In third part add spinach puree and make stiff dough.
For making pasta sauce add oil,butter in a pan and then add finely chopped garlic,chilli and saute it for a second.
Add chopped onion saute until it become translucent.
Add tomato paste and saute it well upto oil separates from it.
Add tomato sauce.
Add oregano,chilli flax,and salt.
Add corn, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot and saute it for 5 to 6 minutes.
For making pasta ,add 1 tsp salt in 1 liter water in a big vessel and boil it.
Take small ball from beetroot dough and 1"inch roll it with the help of palm.
Repeat same with other carrot and spinach dough.
Now mark cut of 1 cm distance on roll with the help of knife on each roll.
Take one part and press slightly it on back side of the steel fork and dust with flour.
Same way make all gnuchi pasta.
Add gnuchi pasta in hot boiling water and boil it for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes remove excess water from pasta and coat with 1 tsp oil to it.
Now add cooked pasta in a pasta sauce(that we made before) and cook it on a low flame for 10 minutes.
Finaly add greated cheese,cook for 5 minutes.
Gnuchi Tricolour Healthy Pasta is ready to serve!!
