Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 4 pieces of seer fish

  • 1tbs red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2tbs tandoori masala

  • 1tsp salt

  • 3 tbs oil

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1tsp kokum juice

Directions

    In a bowl add all the dry ingredients

  • 02

    Add lemon juice and kokum juice

  • 03

    Mix andmake a thick paste

  • 04

    Add fish and nicely rub masala over fish pieces

  • 05

    Give 5-10 mins rest

  • 06

    Heat oil fry in grill pan till done

  • 07

    Shallow fry till crisp

  • 08

    Serve with lemon and salad of your choice
