250 gram fish fillet
For marination - 2 spoon olive oil
1/2 spoon salt
1 spoon cournflour
1 spoon ginger - garlic paste
1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
For tomato salsa - 1 cup finely chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 green chilli chopped
1/4 spoon salt
1 spoon olive oil
Clean, wash and cut the fish into 2" long pieces.
Marinate the fish with the marination ingredients and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now mix all the ingredients of tomato salsa and keep aside.
Arrange the fish on a greased microwave tawa covered with aluminium foil.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 160 digri for 10 - 12 minutes.
Serve baked Fish With tomato salsa.
