Baked Fish With Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gram fish fillet


  • For marination - 2 spoon olive oil


  • 1/2 spoon salt


  • 1 spoon cournflour


  • 1 spoon ginger - garlic paste


  • 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • For tomato salsa - 1 cup finely chopped tomato


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1/4 spoon salt


  • 1 spoon olive oil

Directions

  • Clean, wash and cut the fish into 2" long pieces.
  • Marinate the fish with the marination ingredients and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now mix all the ingredients of tomato salsa and keep aside.
  • Arrange the fish on a greased microwave tawa covered with aluminium foil.
  • Bake in a pre heated oven at 160 digri for 10 - 12 minutes.
  • Serve baked Fish With tomato salsa.
