Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Moong daal 2 cup


  • Ghee 1.5 cup


  • Milk 2.5 cup


  • Sugar 3 cup


  • Green cardomom 6-8 piece


  • Almond 6-8 piece


  • Cashew 6-8 piece

Directions

  • Soak the moong daal for half an hour
  • Strain the water and let it dry for 3 hour
  • Roughly Grind the daal in mixer
  • Add ghee to the pan
  • Once ghee heated up add the roughly grind daal in it
  • Stir continuously on medium flame till it gets golden brown texture
  • Add milk to the golden daal and stir till the it absorbs the milk completely
  • Add sugar and stir well
  • Now add green cardomom powder
  • And garnish with almond and cashew
  • Ready to serve
