Ingredients

Serves 7

  • King fish 7 pieces

  • Tomatoes 3 paste

  • Red chile powder 2tsp

  • Green chiles 4/5

  • Salt 1tsp coriander powder 1tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2tsp ginger and garlic paste 1tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garom masala 1tsp

Directions

    Take a pan add oil fried fishes

  • 02

    Add cumin seeds and garom masala

  • 03

    Add tomatoes paste and salute it .

  • 04

    Add ginger and garlic paste salute it for 5 minutes

  • 05

    Add coriander powder stir well.

  • 06

    Add litbit water cooked well

  • 07

    Now add fried fishes keep it for 10 minutes

  • 08

    Now serve it with stream rice
