  • coriander leaves 1/2 cups

  • ginger 1 nos

  • cloves garlic 10 nos

  • green chillies 3 nos

  • cinnamon stick 1 nos

  • cloves 4 nos

  • Tamarind pulp 1 nos

Directions

    First Pressure Cook Beef In Cooker For 3 whistle.

    In A Kadai Put Coconut Oil Then Put The Ground Masala In A Kadai Fry The Masala Put Tomato Till It Becomes Mushy.

    Once The Tomato Becomes Mushy Put The Meat In Kadai And Put Some Soup Till It Becomes Thick.

    And At The Last Garnish Coriander Leaves. Serve With Chapathi Or Rumal Roti.
