Firstly,marinate the chicken with salt , black pepper and red chilly powder.Let it rest 15 minutes.Now beat tge two eggs well amd add the milk.Keep it aside.Mix bread crumbs with rice flour,a little salt,pepper and chilli powder.Keep it aside.Now take out the marinated chicken and dip all the chickens one by one first in egg mixture and then in rice flour mixture.You can repeat this process for making it extra crispy.After that let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.Now fry these chickens at low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.Fried chicken is ready.You can serve it with tomato sauce.
