In a bowl, add yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, spice powders, Ajwain, salt, lemon juice and oil. Mix well
Add cubed paneer, bell pepper and onions. Marinate well and keep it aside for 30 minutes
Spread oil evenly over hot tawa
Place marinated paneer, bell pepper and onions. Drizzle oil on top
Flip and cook until paneee is golden brown on all sides. keep it aside
Apply butter on top of pizza base
Place buttered side on hot tawa and roast until golden brown, this is to make pizza extra crispy
Transfer it to plate. Apply pizza sauce evenly on top of browned side of pizza
Sprinkle little cheese all over
Place cooked paneer, Bell peppers and onions on top evenly
Sprinkle remaining cheese all over. Sprinkle oregano, red chilli flakes on top
Spread olive oil evenly on top of hot tawa
Place pizza carefully on top of hot tawa
Cover and cook until cheese melts
Slice and serve warm
