  • 70g Maggi Pazzta packet

  • 1 cup or more Enchiladas sauce

  • 4-5 flour tortillas

  • 3/4 cup cooked black beans

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped

  • 4-5 green chillies finely chopped

  • 1.5 cups grated mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp cilantro to garnish


  • Preheat oven to 180 and grease rectangular or square dish
  • Heat oil in a pan add onions and saute until tender
  • Add green chillies and saute for few seconds
  • Add cooked beans, salt and pepper. Mix well. Saute for 2 minutes. Switch off and keep it aside
  • Cook Maggi Pazzta as per package instructions and keep it aside
  • For homemade Enchiladas sauce, please refer to my earlier recipe
  • Place tortillas on plate and spread sauce evenly on top
  • Add spoonful of cooked beans mixture with Pazzta in centre
  • Now add 1 tbsp grated cheese on top of the mixture
  • Roll tortillas tightly and place them on greased baking dish
  • Pour remaining sauce on top evenly
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese all over evenly
  • Bake for 14-18 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm
