Cut potatoes into wedges and add salt to it. Boil the potatoes and drain the remaining water after boiling the potatoes. Add 1 tbsp rice flour and 1tbsp maida to it and mix it well. Keep it aside and take another bowl, add 1/4th cup maida and 1/4th cup rice flour and add water to it and make a thick batter. Now add potatoes to it and coat the potatoes well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes on medium flame. Now keep the fried potatoes aside and start making the sauce. Take another pan and roast white til (sesame seeds) and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger & garlic to it and saute it for few seconds and add sliced green chillies to it. Now add sliced onions to it and saute for 2 mins. After sauteing onions add sliced capsicum and saute. Now add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, sugar, black pepper powder, little bit salt and roasted sesame seeds to it and mix it well. Now add water to it and honey and mix it well. Add cornflour slurry to it to get the desired thickness of the gravy. Let it boil. Now add fried potatoes to it, mix it well and cook for a minute. Garnish it with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve it hot and enjoy the taste
