Knead wheat flour with oil, required amount of salt and water
Close it with a wet cloth and prepare Chapathi after 30 minutes
Chop onions into tiny pieces.
Grate the carrot.
Beat one egg with salt, turmeric powder, onions and carrot.
Place a non stick pan on the stove, and spread 1 spoon oil.
Pour the egg on the pan, spread it into round shape and sprinkle pepper powder on the omelette.
At once press the cooked chapathi on the omelette.
Cook it in low flame for 3 minutes.
Flip it and cook for 3 more minutes
Place it on a plate, roll it and cut into small pieces.
Serve hot with tomato sauce
