  • All Purpose Flour 4 tbsp

  • Semolina 2 tbsp

  • Baking Powder 1 pinch

  • Pineapple puree 3/4 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Sugar depending upon sweetness you like 1/2 cups

  • For Syrup : Water 4 tbsp

  • Rose Petals 5-6 nos

  • Sugar 8 tbsp

    Take 4 tbsp of All Purpose Flour in a bowl.

    ADD 2 TBSP OF SEMOLINA(SOOJI) TO IT.ADD A PINCH OF BAKING POWDER.ADD 3/4 CUP OF PINEAPPLE PUREE AND WATER TO SET CONSISTENCY.BATTER FOR MALPUAS IS READY.ADD 1/2 LADLE FILL ONTO A WELL GREASED PAN.FLIP TO OTHER SIDE WHEN ONE SIDE TURNS GOLDEN.DIP IT IN ROSE WATER SYRUP(2 TBSP OF WATER ND 8 TBSP OF SUGAR AND ROSE PETALS.
