Ingredients

Serves 2

  • French beans chopped 4-6 nos

  • Carrot medium grated 1 nos

  • Beans- lobia or roungi, boiled 1/4 cups

  • shredded cabbage 2 tbsp

  • Green capsicum chopped 1 nos

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Onion chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic cloves chopped 2-3 nos

  • Ginger grated 1 inch

  • Dark soy sauce 1 tsp

  • Green chilli sauce or as per the taste 2 tsp

  • Vegetable stock (boil veggies like carrot, cauliflower, cabbage, potato, onion, tomato. Grind and sieve .the liquid is the veg stock) 5 cups

  • Salt or to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

  • white Vinegar 2 tsp

  • Spring onion greens finely chopped 1 nos

  • melted butter or cream 1 tsp

  • Nutrela mini chunks soaked in warm water for 20 minutes. 15 nos

Directions

    Heat oil in a deep pan, Add onion, garlic,and ginger and sauté for a minute.

    Add French beans, carrot, lobia bean, cabbage and mix.

    Add dark soy sauce, green chilli sauce and vegetable stock.

    Mix and add green capsicum,nutrela, salt, sugar and mix.

    Add pepper powder and mix. Add cornflour mixed in a little water and cook till the soup thickens slightly.

    Add vinegar and stir. Pour into individual soup bowls.

    Garnish with spring onion greens,

    drizzle a little butter or cream and serve piping hot with garlic bread or soup sticks.
