Wash and cut the brinjal into 1cm thick roundels
Apply little salt on each
Then it will give out water
Wipe it with a tissue paper
Drizzle little oil....Put these rounds on a non stick pan
And then cook them for two to three minutes from both sides
Now apply pasta sauce on each brinjal round
Then put some chopped bell peppers on each
Later put grated mozzarella cheese on each
Cover it with a lid and let it cook till the cheese melts....
Sprinkle red chilly flakes and oregano on the brinjal slices
Your brinjal pizza is ready
