Ingredients

Serves 2

  • onion 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • small piece of ginger chopped 1 nos

  • garlic chopped(optional) 1 nos

  • penne pasta 1 cups

  • chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • Mixed Veggies(carrot, French beans, capsicum etc..) 5-6 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil 5-6 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves 1 tsp

Directions

    Add 1 cup of penne pasta to boiling water.Add salt to it as required.let the pasta cook for 8-9 min in medium flame

  • 02

    In a pan add 5-6 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add chopped ginger,garlic and green chilly.Saute it for a minute

    After that add chopped onions.and saute it till the onions become a little transparent.after that add the the chopped tomatoes. cook the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes and add the chopped veggies to it. let it cook for 2-3 minutes

    Add tomato sauce and saute it for about 3 minutes

    Then add the penne pasta to it mix it very well.add coriander leaves.sprinkle some black pepper powder

    Turn off the stove.our indian veg penne pasta is now ready
