  • 1 nos onion

  • 1 nos tomato

  • 1 nos small piece of ginger chopped

  • 1 nos garlic chopped(optional)

  • 1 cups penne pasta

  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 5-6 tbsp mixed veggies(carrot, french beans, capsicum etc..)

  • 5-6 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • Add 1 cup of penne pasta to boiling water.Add salt to it as required.let the pasta cook for 8-9 min in medium flame
  • In a pan add 5-6 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add chopped ginger,garlic and green chilly.Saute it for a minute
  • After that add chopped onions.and saute it till the onions become a little transparent.after that add the the chopped tomatoes. cook the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes and add the chopped veggies to it. let it cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add tomato sauce and saute it for about 3 minutes
  • Then add the penne pasta to it mix it very well.add coriander leaves.sprinkle some black pepper powder
  • Turn off the stove.our indian veg penne pasta is now ready
