Ingredients

  • baking flour (maida) 2 cups

  • milk powder (nido) 2 tbsp

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • butter o ghee 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • yeast 2 tsp

  • Kheema (Mince meat) Filling:kheema (beef o chicken) boil n dry it in salt, ginger garlic paste, lil turmeric powder, garam masala n chilli powder 1/2 kgs

  • mayonaise 2 tbsp

  • chilli sauce 1 tbsp

  • cheddar cheese grated 3 tbsp

  • black pepper 1/4 tsp

  • vinegar 1 tsp

  • sweet corns 1 tbsp

  • chopped capsicum 2 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

Directions

  • 01

    bind wid warm water n let it rise.

  • 02

    Kheema (Mince meat) Filling:wen mince is cooled dwn add de rest n mix well, shud not b runny mixture.

    roll 2 med rotis, on 1 spread filling cover wid de oder, seal de ends..

    poke de top wid fork n kip in greased tray

  • 05

    wen ol done glaze wid beaten egg n sprinkle sesame n let it rise

    i baked it to avoid fried meal

    cn either bake o tava fry it.
