Ingredients

  • 2 cups baking flour (maida)


  • 2 tbsp milk powder (nido)


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp butter o ghee


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tsp yeast


  • 1/2 kgs kheema (mince meat) filling:kheema (beef o chicken) boil n dry it in salt, ginger garlic paste, lil turmeric powder, garam masala n chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp mayonaise


  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce


  • 3 tbsp cheddar cheese grated


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp sweet corns


  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • bind wid warm water n let it rise.
  • Kheema (Mince meat) Filling:wen mince is cooled dwn add de rest n mix well, shud not b runny mixture.
  • roll 2 med rotis, on 1 spread filling cover wid de oder, seal de ends..
  • poke de top wid fork n kip in greased tray
  • wen ol done glaze wid beaten egg n sprinkle sesame n let it rise
  • i baked it to avoid fried meal
  • cn either bake o tava fry it.
