Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Moringa leaves 1 cups

  • Onion sliced ,medium 1 nos

  • Tomato chopped .medium 1 nos

  • Moong Dal,boiled 100 gms

  • Coconut tender grated 1 cups

  • Red chill,dried 4 nos

  • Daniya powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 tsp

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • For tadaka:::cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • Asfoeteda 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1/2 cups

Directions

    Heat the cadai add on oil on it put onions keep statue

    when it turns colour add tomato keep cook until it should becomes softer

    then add Moringa leaves keep cook in this veggie add boiled smashed moong dal paste

    add salt,turmeric powder..take a mixer jar put coconut,red chilli make fine paste

    prepare coconut paste add to cadai keep cook..

    thadaka..heat an oil in small pan pour an oil add mustard seeds,cumins,asfoeteda,curry leaves when it's splits

    add into kootu..take rice shape as cup like pour kootu on it

    ready to serve kootu hotly
