This is perfect dinner plate dish .. Really excotic flavour contains looks amazing to this recipe it's my innovation..

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups moringa leaves

  • 1 nos onion sliced ,medium

  • 1 nos tomato chopped .medium

  • 100 gms moong dal,boiled

  • 1 cups coconut tender grated

  • 4 nos red chill,dried

  • 1 tsp daniya powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp salt as per taste

  • 1/2 cups oil

  • 1 tsp for tadaka:::cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/4 tsp asfoeteda

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 cups curry leaves


  • Heat the cadai add on oil on it put onions keep statue
  • when it turns colour add tomato keep cook until it should becomes softer
  • then add Moringa leaves keep cook in this veggie add boiled smashed moong dal paste
  • add salt,turmeric powder..take a mixer jar put coconut,red chilli make fine paste
  • prepare coconut paste add to cadai keep cook..
  • thadaka..heat an oil in small pan pour an oil add mustard seeds,cumins,asfoeteda,curry leaves when it's splits
  • add into kootu..take rice shape as cup like pour kootu on it
  • ready to serve kootu hotly
