Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Veggies grated/chopped (capsicum, cabbage, onions, cauliflower n carrots) 2 cups

  • All Purpose Flour 2 cups

  • Cornflour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Black Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Garlic grated 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger grated 1/2 tsp

  • Orange color 1 pinch

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Sabzi Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Gravy:Capsicum (chopped finely) 1 nos

  • Green chillies (chopped) 2 nos

  • Spring onion (cubes) 1 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato sauce 1 tsp

  • Chilli sauce 1 tsp

  • Garlic cloves (chopped) 4 nos

  • Ginger (slivered) 1 piece

  • Onion (cubes) 1 nos

  • Red Chutney 1/2 tsp

  • White pepper (sprinkle) 1 tsp

  • Corn flour (in 1/4 cup water mix well) 1 tsp

  • Tamarind sauce 3 tbsp

  • Chaat masala 1 pinch

Directions

    Make sticky dough of above ingredients using very less water, add veggies n mix well

    Deep fry to golden crispy dumplings, kip aside

  • 03

    Gravy: in a pan put 1 tbsp butter, kip on flame add ginger n garlic saute add chillies n onion den add veggies n sauces, cornflour mixture n salt add dumplings n mix, garnish wid chilli flakes, chaat masala n spring onions, serve hot.

    NB: if u wnt dry manchurian don add corn flour
