2 cups veggies grated/chopped (capsicum, cabbage, onions, cauliflower n carrots)
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1 pinch salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garlic grated
1/2 tsp ginger grated
1 pinch orange color
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp sabzi masala
1 nos gravy:capsicum (chopped finely)
2 nos green chillies (chopped)
1 nos spring onion (cubes)
1 pinch salt
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
4 nos garlic cloves (chopped)
1 piece ginger (slivered)
1 nos onion (cubes)
1/2 tsp red chutney
1 tsp white pepper (sprinkle)
1 tsp corn flour (in 1/4 cup water mix well)
3 tbsp tamarind sauce
1 pinch chaat masala
Directions
Make sticky dough of above ingredients using very less water, add veggies n mix well
Deep fry to golden crispy dumplings, kip aside
Gravy: in a pan put 1 tbsp butter, kip on flame add ginger n garlic saute add chillies n onion den add veggies n sauces, cornflour mixture n salt add dumplings n mix, garnish wid chilli flakes, chaat masala n spring onions, serve hot.
