Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice (short grains) 3 cups

  • Chicken small pcs (skinned) 1/2 kgs

  • Prawns (peeled with tails) 1/2 kgs

  • Mussels 1/2 kgs

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4 nos

  • Onions (chopped) 3 nos

  • Parsely (chopped) 1/4 cups

  • Garlic Cloves (pounded) 5 nos

  • Red Capsicum (chopped) 1 nos

  • few Saffron strands (soak in water) 5-6 nos

  • Lemon (juice) 1 nos

  • Sausages (cut thick slices) 3-4 nos

  • Peas 1 cups

  • Paprika 1 tsp

  • Biryani masala 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    In a broad pan braise chicken in lil olive oil till nicely browned up, remove on a platter, in same pan saute mussels and sausage slices keep on the chicken platter, then saute prawns n keep aside

    Add more olive oil n braise onions till pinkish brown color, add capsicum n braise then add tomatoes, biryani masala, paprika, garlic, salt, peas n lemon juice, let tomatoes go soft n blend in well.

    Now add rice, chicken, mussels and soaked saffron strands mix well then add water let it boil wen olmost done add prawns and sausage slices with parsely and simmer till done

    Serve with lemon wedges
