Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 nos maggi packet or rice noodles


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 nos capsicum chopped


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 tbsp dhaniya chopped


  • 1 tbsp rice flour or besan


  • 1/2 tsp suji (rava)


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 pinch haldi


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • (agar aap maggi use kar rahe hai to maggi ka masala add kijiye garam masala add karne ki jaroorat nahi hai...garam masala sirf rice noodles use karenge..to uske liye hai)
  • maggi ya phir rice noodles aap jo bhi use kar rahe hai
  • use thoda crush karke half boil kar le
  • boil ho jaane k baad iska water chan kar nikal de
  • noodles ko thnde pani se wash kar le.
  • usme chopped onion..chopped capsicum..dhaniya chilli ..haldi..salt.. masala rice flour ya phir besan
  • rava add karke achhe se mix kar lijiye (paani mat add kijiye)
  • tava garam kijiye
  • usme thoda oil spread kikiye
  • spoon ki help se thoda noodle uthaiye
  • aur tave par rakhkar spoon ki help se thoda faila lijiye
  • panckes chote banaiye
  • jisse aapko usko flip karne me easy hoga
  • medium flame rakhiye...oil spread kijiye...jab ek side achhe se cook ho jaaye
  • usko flip kijiye...vapis oil spread kijiye
  • dono side crispy hone tak sek lijiye
  • chutni or sauce k sath garama garam serve kijiye.
