socked chana daal 250 gms
boiled potato 100 gms
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
breadcrumbs 4 tbsp
chat masala 1/4 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
chopped green coriander leaves 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
chopped green coriander leaves 1 tsp
chopped green chilli 1 tsp
lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 1 pinch
Oil for deep fring 2 cups
Strain the chana dal and grind it in a mixture.
Mashed the boiled potato than mix the chana dal paste, salt, breadcrumbs and all ingredients except oil.
Mix it and combine well like a dough, and keep it for rest to 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into twelve equal parts and shape them into tikkis.
In a pan and or kadai, heat oil and deep fry all the kababs medium to low flame.
Deep Fry/shallow fry kebabs till golden brown in colour and crispy.
Serve these Chana Dal Kebabs with souce, green mint chatany and meethi chatany.
Tips : You can add onion and garlic also.
