Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos small can tuna chunks/ flakes


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 1 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Toast the bread with generous amount of butter.
  • Set aside.
  • Saute onion and tuna in butter for few minutes.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Add in coriander leaves, finely chopped chilli, pinch of salt and sugar,pepper and mayonnaise.
  • Mix well.
  • Spread in the toasted bread and place another bread to close it.
  • Enjoy your delicious and healthy sandwich.
