Ingredients

Serves 3

  • small can tuna chunks/ flakes 1 nos

  • onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 3 tbsp

  • mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp

  • green chilli chopped 1 nos

  • sugar 1 pinch

  • pepper 1 tsp

Directions

    Toast the bread with generous amount of butter.

    Set aside.

  • 03

    Saute onion and tuna in butter for few minutes.

  • 04

    Switch off the stove.

  • 05

    Add in coriander leaves, finely chopped chilli, pinch of salt and sugar,pepper and mayonnaise.

    Mix well.

  • 07

    Spread in the toasted bread and place another bread to close it.

    Enjoy your delicious and healthy sandwich.
