Ingredients

shery fish cleaned and pat dry 1 kgs
kashmiri chilli powder 5 tbsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
generous pinch of Oregano 1 pinch
Directions
Mix all the ingredients and make into paste adding water
Add salt
Marinate fish with this masala
Refrigerate for 30min
Grill at stove top with a tbsp of olive oil
Serve with your favourite accompaniments.
