Ingredients
Serves 4
Cabbage leaves boiled and kept in cold water. 6 nos
boiled mini soya chunks 1 cups
tomato chopped 1/2 cups
chopped onion 1/8 cups
boiled short grain rice 1 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Italian herbs 1 tsp
paperika 1 tsp
Marinara sauce 1 cups
blanched pureed tomato 6 nos
chopppd onion 1 nos
cloves chopped garlic 6 nos
olive oil 1 tsp
tomato sauce 2 tbsp
tomato puree 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Italian herbs 1 tsp
paperika 1 tsp
Directions
For Marinara sauce
Take a pan add olive oil in it and heat
Add chopped onion garlic saute it.
Add tomato. Paste, puree, sauce and salt paprika and herbs
Cook for 10minutes with lid
Keep aside
Take a big bowl
Add soya chunks, rice, onion, tomato. Parsley, 4table spoonMarinara sauce, capsicum in it.
Mix salt and herbs and paperika
Take a boiled cooled soya leaf place 1tsp rice soya mixture in it.
Make a roll like spring roll.
Make all Cabbage rolls like this.
Tie with spring onion
And steam for 10minutes.
Serve hot with Marinara sauce
