Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cabbage leaves boiled and kept in cold water. 6 nos

  • boiled mini soya chunks 1 cups

  • tomato chopped 1/2 cups

  • chopped onion 1/8 cups

  • boiled short grain rice 1 cups

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Italian herbs 1 tsp

  • paperika 1 tsp

  • Marinara sauce 1 cups

  • blanched pureed tomato 6 nos

  • chopppd onion 1 nos

  • cloves chopped garlic 6 nos

  • olive oil 1 tsp

  • tomato sauce 2 tbsp

  • tomato puree 1 tbsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • Italian herbs 1 tsp

  • paperika 1 tsp

Directions

    For Marinara sauce

    Take a pan add olive oil in it and heat

  • 03

    Add chopped onion garlic saute it.

  • 04

    Add tomato. Paste, puree, sauce and salt paprika and herbs

    Cook for 10minutes with lid

    Keep aside

    Take a big bowl

    Add soya chunks, rice, onion, tomato. Parsley, 4table spoonMarinara sauce, capsicum in it.

    Mix salt and herbs and paperika

    Take a boiled cooled soya leaf place 1tsp rice soya mixture in it.

    Make a roll like spring roll.

  • 12

    Make all Cabbage rolls like this.

    Tie with spring onion

    And steam for 10minutes.

    Serve hot with Marinara sauce
