Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos cabbage leaves boiled and kept in cold water.


  • 1 cups boiled mini soya chunks


  • 1/2 cups tomato chopped


  • 1/8 cups chopped onion


  • 1 cups boiled short grain rice


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp italian herbs


  • 1 tsp paperika


  • 1 cups marinara sauce


  • 6 nos blanched pureed tomato


  • 1 nos chopppd onion


  • 6 nos cloves chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp italian herbs


  • 1 tsp paperika

Directions

  • For Marinara sauce
  • Take a pan add olive oil in it and heat
  • Add chopped onion garlic saute it.
  • Add tomato. Paste, puree, sauce and salt paprika and herbs
  • Cook for 10minutes with lid
  • Keep aside
  • Take a big bowl
  • Add soya chunks, rice, onion, tomato. Parsley, 4table spoonMarinara sauce, capsicum in it.
  • Mix salt and herbs and paperika
  • Take a boiled cooled soya leaf place 1tsp rice soya mixture in it.
  • Make a roll like spring roll.
  • Make all Cabbage rolls like this.
  • Tie with spring onion
  • And steam for 10minutes.
  • Serve hot with Marinara sauce
