Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400 gms pasta


  • 6 nos cloves garlic


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 2 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp pepper


  • 300 ml veg/ chicken stock


  • 2 cups spinach


  • 50 gms butter


  • 2 cups milk


  • 1/4 cups cheese


  • 1/4 cups oatmeal


  • oatmeal 3 tsp


  • 2 tbsp salt or as needed

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to the instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Blanch the spinach in hot water and wash it.
  • Blend it.
  • In a pan add butter.
  • Toss garlic and flour followed by milk.
  • Stir and mix without forming lumps.
  • Add the pureed spinach and the remaining ingredients.
  • Let it boil.
  • Stir in between.
  • Add in the stock,oregano and salt.
  • Boil until it thickens.
  • Add the cooked pasta.
  • Mix and serve.
