Ingredients

Serves 4

  • pasta 400 gms

  • cloves garlic 6 nos

  • oil 3 tbsp

  • oregano 2 tsp

  • pepper 1 tsp

  • veg/ chicken stock 300 ml

  • spinach 2 cups

  • butter 50 gms

  • milk 2 cups

  • cheese 1/4 cups

  • oatmeal 1/4 cups

  • oatmeal 3 tsp

  • Salt or as needed 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cook pasta according to the instructions.

    Drain and set aside.

  • 03

    Blanch the spinach in hot water and wash it.

    Blend it.

  • 05

    In a pan add butter.

  • 06

    Toss garlic and flour followed by milk.

    Stir and mix without forming lumps.

  • 08

    Add the pureed spinach and the remaining ingredients.

    Let it boil.

    Stir in between.

    Add in the stock,oregano and salt.

    Boil until it thickens.

  • 13

    Add the cooked pasta.

  • 14

    Mix and serve.
